At KillTec, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward purchase. If your new gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the original tags back on the garments and secure them in their original packaging or a sturdy mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
